Maypaperflower at Maison & Objet Paris 2025 – When Vietnamese Paper Flowers Touch the World’s Heart

From September 5–9, 2025, at the Villepinte Exhibition Center in Paris, France, Maypaperflower once again brought the journey of Vietnamese paper flowers to the world at Maison & Objet Paris – the prestigious international fair that gathers the finest creations in design, handicrafts, and interior decoration.

This time in Paris, May carried a humble yet profound aspiration: to introduce Vietnamese handcrafted paper flowers to the international community, to affirm the refined craftsmanship of Vietnamese artisans, and to demonstrate the capability of official export through each meticulously crafted petal.

The Dướng paper lotus artworks – created from traditional materials yet infused with a contemporary spirit – are not only display pieces, but also living proof of the enduring vitality of Hue’s cultural heritage.

This participation bears a deeper meaning: a profound sense of pride and national honor.

From Hue – the ancient land where the Thanh Tien paper flower craft village has been preserved for more than 400 years – a small local brand like May stood in the heart of Paris to tell Vietnam’s story through the universal language of craftsmanship, culture, and creativity.

It is not only the journey of a brand, but also the journey of bringing Vietnamese identity closer to the hearts of the world.
